Bling Bar is committed to providing a supportive and inclusive culture for our staff, suppliers, contractors and customers. We aim to create a culture in which everyone who interacts with us is supported and feels free to be fully themselves. We will not discriminate on the basis of age, ability, gender, ethnicity, nationality, religion or belief, sex, sexual orientation or body size. This policy has been put in place to ensure that everyone who works with us shares our commitment to equality. Bling Bar has a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment, bullying, and discrimination.

We commit to:

  • Maintaining an environment in which the individual differences and contributions of all staff, contractors and customers are recognised and valued.

  • Treating everyone with the respect and dignity that they deserve.

  • Actively seeking feedback from our customers, staff and contractors.

  • Continuing to educate ourselves and our stakeholders to ensure that we are meeting our goals and constantly improving our environment.

  • Regularly reviewing all of our practices and procedures so that fairness is maintained at all times. 

  • Ensuring anyone who works for or with us upholds this policy. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action up to and including summary dismissal. 

  • Ensuring that anyone who feels that they have been discriminated against is supported and given the opportunity to raise their concerns without fear of reprisal.

  • We also commit to, where necessary, appointing an independent third party to investigate and make recommendations for redress. 

 As previously mentioned, any person, agency or contractor who does any work for or with us will be subject to this inclusion policy.

 We take any failure to comply with this policy very seriously. Where appropriate will provide guidance and training, but we reserve the right to dismiss any staff member or contractor whose behaviour is discriminatory. 

 This document will be updated yearly and we welcome feedback.
